Coaching for Organizations

Help your people show up for themselves, too.

Help your team do good work while making time for meals, movement, and rest.

Your people meet deadlines and care for others. Their own needs can get pushed aside. I offer coaching and workshops to help them build health habits that fit busy workdays and full lives.

We’ll meet on Zoom for 30 minutes to talk about your team’s needs and whether coaching could help. No preparation is needed. Booking a call does not enroll your team in coaching.

01 / The challenge

Dependable at work. Putting themselves last.

Deadlines get met and clients get a response. But lunch gets skipped, walks get postponed, and bedtime gets pushed back. Your team may be doing good work while losing the habits that help them feel well.

Your employees may already know what would help. A busy project, travel, or family needs can make it hard to follow through. Coaching helps them find a step they can take in the life they have.

02 / Support that holds up

Help your people build habits that fit their day.

I work with the people taking part to choose what they want to change and understand what gets in the way. It may be a packed schedule, a missing break, or feeling that their own needs must always wait.

We find a small step to try, such as making time for lunch, moving during the workday, or getting ready for bed. Then we look at what worked and adjust the plan for busy days.

Some obstacles need workplace support or changes to working conditions. Personal habits alone cannot solve those problems. I help your employees see what they can change and where support from the workplace may be needed.

The goal is to help your people care for themselves while doing the work others count on them to do.

03 / Who this is for

For the people your organization counts on.

I work with small businesses, brokerages, professional teams, and larger organizations. If your people know how to care for themselves but struggle to make time for it, coaching may help.

04 / What organizations can explore

Start small. Learn what helps. Build from there.

Coaching and workshops are available on-site and virtually. We can talk about your team’s needs first. You don’t need to choose from these options before contacting me.
