For the people everyone counts on

Show Up for Yourself Like You Show Up for Everyone Else.

Because taking care of yourself doesn’t have to come at everyone else’s expense.

You meet deadlines, care for others, and keep things moving. I help you make room for meals, movement, and sleep—even when life gets busy.

The real challenge

Everyone can count on you. Your own needs keep getting postponed.

Lunch becomes whatever you can grab between meetings. The walk you planned gets pushed aside when someone needs you. An earlier bedtime turns into one more task before you can stop.

You know your health matters. The hard part is making time for it on busy days.

What we work toward

Make room for your own needs, too.

The goal is to take care of yourself more often, without doing it perfectly. That includes having a simpler plan for busy days and getting back to it after a missed day.

These habits can help you have more energy for work, family, and yourself.

A practical approach

Find a way that fits your day.

We start with what you want to change and look at what keeps getting in the way. Then you try a small step. I help you learn from what happened and decide what to try next.

Make the next step easier.

We look at small things that get in your way. Having lunch ready, putting walking shoes by the door, or setting a time to stop working may make a habit easier to keep.

Make room for yourself.

Sometimes you may feel your needs must wait until everything else is done. We can explore that, too, while finding ways to care for yourself alongside the people who count on you.
